My partner got her British Citizenship and I wanted to make a gluten free cake to celebrate this moment. After looking around for ages and being disappointed at the lack of custom gluten free cakes around I found Cakeadelic highly recommended on a coeliac website. They were really helpful and not only helped me decide what to put on the cake made a delicious, incredibly well decorated 'burnt Brit on a beach' cake at short notice - and the attention to detail was fabulous right down to the little shiny bits on the water to make it sparkle.

Fiona produced a wonderful birthday cake for us at very short notice and with a very sketchy brief. She was really creative and we were bowled over by the result. The quality of the decoration was of the highest standard and the sponge itself was truly delicious. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cakeadelic and would certainly use Fiona's expert services again.

The Birthday cake that Fiona made for my wife was not only beautiful but tasted awesome. It was moist and delicious and looked spectacular. All in all 5 start rating.

Fiona created such an amazing winter woodland cake made for my 2 year old twin boys at really short notice. It was delicious and the boys loved it.
