Fabulous
Brilliant experience at Caffyns.  After having dealt with Dave for so long Glenn Kelly took over and was superb.  Excellent customer service communication brilliant delivery fantastic.  In fact everyone we came in contact with was very polite and helpful and nothing too much trouble.  Would thoroughly recommend Caffyns to everyone.  Love my car too.

Excellent experience buying from this dealer. They gave me the best deal out of all dealers in a 50 mile range and were very tolerant of me making changes to the order on a couple of occasions. Even though I got a great discount they still gave me a full tank of fuel and a nice gift pack (pen brolly and nice key fob). The hand over went very smoothly with everything perfect. No problems with the car after a month. Caffyns very proactive in making sure I am happy with the car.

My wife and I have both bought an 18 month old Polo each recently and were very impressed with the service at Caffyns Worthing and espiecially to Joe Cosgrave for his professional manor and knowledge. Will definitely come back again. Many thanks

Purchase of a new car, was a very pleasant experience, they managed to get the car I purchased down to a very good price. All has been great with the car and service so far.

It would have been a 5 star review, but I was advised that I could use the car charger at the garage (as my car is a phev vehicle), as I work round the corner. But was recently advised I couldn’t do this anymore, which is a bit of a shame as i get less electric miles in the winter. Which I can understand why, I would have never used it if I wasn’t advised!

But all in all great experience. Thanks again
