SINCE UPDATED  Do you go with your heart or do you go with your head when you review a price unfortunately I am going to be reviewing Brighton Moto with my head and I have given them a three star rating and I have my reason why, my wife and I walked into the shop looking for a moped after I finished my test we had no staff come up to us to offer any assistance until we were walking out they spent most of the time talking at the desk and basically missed out on selling a bike, If there has been a change of management or customer service has improved I am happy to change my review.  After reading the reply I've changed my review my own experience was not the best but from friends that ride mopeds from Brighton Moto seem excited to get their freedom and I'm told the owner trys to keep his clients on the road.  Maybe we went in on a bad day I only live opposite so can always go see the bikes again.

I bought a Tuono V4 from Kevin back in Feb 22 and the customer experience was excellent.  I had to travel several hundred miles to collect the bike I hadn’t seen or ridden before, but Kevin provided a video in advance and was incredibly patient during his walk through of the controls etc. Kevin also helped me weeks later when an infrequent fault light appeared on the dash.  The bike was properly prepared for me and is a joy to own and ride.  I would very happily go out of my way to buy from Kevin and Vicki at Brighton Moto again.

Such a great experience dealing with Brighton Moto for the purchase of my new Vespa. Excellent customer service and fantastic communications. Managed to get the bike I wanted very quickly and was able to arrange PDI and handover so I was on the road with very fast turnaround. Thanks to you and your colleagues for taking care of me and looking forward to seeing you when the top-case is ready for fitting.

I bought my shiny new vespa from CD Scooters now Brighton Moto almost a year ago, but due to lockdowns my motorbike test was delayed and delayed and I only passed and therefore took home my bike last week.  Vicki was superb throughout - excellent communications over text and email - and it was well worth the wait.  Highly recommend the team here.

Big thanks to Sam and the team for being incredibly patient with me, storing my purchase until I could take delivery and humouring all of my daft questions. These guys are the real deal and I know I can pop by the shop any time in the future for advice. Very fair price too for a shop purchase. My new bike was delivered this morning and it is stunning - really impressed. Thanks guys.

Today i had to delete my 5* review, mainly because: dear Kevin and your staff. You make mistake? You got to admit it & apologise. You are a bike shop from brighton's many not the only one so, if i may let you know to come back to earth for a sec ot two. i had trust on you, and you had your chance.  2nd round:  no misunderstanding at all. i was advised by you to change tire in next visit...i showed up. you said you don't have a tire lol!  then you said you will order tire and fit it asap next couple days. i waited 1 month! no call from you. than i was on the phone with you, and you know only 1 thing was missing. is you to apologise!  by the way, On The Wheel has plenty of Michelin tires. its only 5 minutes away and even i would run and take one for you to fit. Simple Kevin, you got to come back to earth.  3rd:  my airfilter was removed, spark plugs too. NEVER BEEN CHANGED!!  ...and you couldn't find why my engine light was "on".  shame on you

My experience from start to collection has been perfect...Kevin and Vicki answered all my questions, were professional and always lightning fast in replying to my messages. The handover was thorough and not rushed....left me feeling like a valued customer! I will without a doubt return for my bigger bike in 6 months!!! Keep up the good work!

Well a few weeks ago I purchased my motoguzzi from Kevin at CD Scooters. He was very patient and good with advice. He knew I was looking at other bikes aswell and never tried to put me off them or push his product. Yet he was the only dealer who actualy remembered me when I came back in the door after looking at the bike intialy. He allowed me to re-test ride the bike without any qualms and in the end I purchased the guzzi. The purchasing process was very easy and handled by Vicki whom is also very friendly and helpful even if she did have to subject me to the world's most boring video for finance. There where a few snags on the bike after I took receipt of it however the way they dealt with this was most respectable with an immediate apology and corrective action taken. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks for everything guys! And keep up the good work!

Just had the first 600 mile first service, and couldn't be happier with the Bike, a 2020 Vespa GTS 300. The Bike runs like a dream, as it should for a new Bike, but what makes the whole experience of ownership for me is the customer service and attention to detail, being a Family owned business, it really matters to them that they get it right first time. First class from start to finish.
