Always visit your store in Birkenhead Town centre. Its always a pleasure to be served on a Wednesday morning by a guy with strawberry blonde hair and a big beard sorry don't know his name . He is so chilled,professional, polite and friendly and makes the perfect coffee with such care. He definitely deserves special recognition.
No offence but the long haired girl can't make coffee and could do with some training, compared to other times I've been in it's actually awful for the price. Do betterFood: 2/5
Always an absolute pleasure visiting this Nero branch, the staff are always fantastic. Kyle, Ben, Levi and the others always make me feel welcome and the atmosphere here is brilliant. Never had a bad experience here. I have always and will continue to always visit this store on my route to work, even if there is a Costa Coffee and other coffee shops on my way to work, I will continue to use Nero at Birkenhead.

We found this particular branch to be well below the standards of Caffè Nero service, expertise and professionalism... Shabby and dirty with sulky and unwelcoming staff who can't make drinks properly nor heat food sufficiently. This is nothing like what a Caffè Nero should be like. Being new to this area, we have since read other reviews of this branch which leads us to believe we are not the only ones to experience this. Would definitely not recommend.
Great friendly staff, reat service, coffee is best in birkenhead, cakes are delicious, seats are comfy, it's dog friendly, they do a delivery service via just eat or deliveroo. Would definitely recommendFood: 5/5
Staff member was working hard but all the espresso shot glasses were lined up waiting for orders rather than being made fresh. Had to clear table. Toilet is terrible.Food: 3/5

Good coffee shop in the centre of Birkenhead, beside the shops and market. I sat inside and got a lovely chocolate orange donut and cappuccino. Upstairs was closed off, making it difficult to get a table downstairs. I got a small table beside the toilet, so I didn't stay as long as I wanted. There was seating free outside, but I found it was too cold to sit out.
