Nero's never changes really. Only go here occasionally because our local is doggy friendly. The staff are lovely but sometimes a bit lacking in customer service. However, they are polite, friendly and in general better than most big chain coffee houses.

Nice enough place but the amount of dogs is quite off-putting and I'm not at all sure it's hygienic. It's a policy I'm not happy with. There were 7 in here this afternoon mostly well behaved but they stunk. Costa don't allow them in so I'll probably go there in future. There are too many dogs in Lytham anyway, it won't be long before they're serving in the pubs and the shops, running for local election and controlling the flow of illegal dog drugs through the town.

I love this place. Especially the loyalty card scheme. Cheaper flavoured hot chocolate than the he others too. Batista's are super friendly.

The staff in the Lytham branch are a great team. Always welcoming and efficient. They know my order and it's ready almost as soon as I get to the counter. Well done to Jess and her team.

Usual cafe Nero standard drinks wise. Could do with more variety of cake. Can busy at the weekend.
