Today 3rd of March. No busier than a normal sat. 2 new staff. NOT REGULAR service for this 5* place.  APPALLING. Tables left dirty, stacks if washing up, cups not clean. Haven't bothered to clear up Any tables. The girl was drinking coffee when there was clearing to be done. Disgraceful. The gentleman delivered food to a table with 3 trays of dirty crockery and didn't even remove a single one for the poor customer to eat properly at her table. Won't even sit down if the regular fantastic staff are not here and either of those 2 are!!

Fabulous staff, you're always made to feel very welcome, Wayne is really lovely local chap, always a pleasure to visit here when in Ramsgate.
