Good service and tasty food. I had very tasty French onion soup and a chicken sandwich. Others in the party had steaks. All nicely cooked. Good atmosphere.

Great food, good music, brilliant service. Sheldon provided a vibrant and lively environment - deserves a massive payrise! He went out of his way to accommodate everyone's requirements and was very patient on a busy evening. Will definitely be returning and hopefully served by Sheldon again

First breakfast trip in a long time and was not disappointed. All care and attention was given to ensuring our experience was a safe one given the current covid situation and the food was gorg!! Will definitely be back soon.

We're still getting used to going out with all the restrictions in at the minute but Sheldon made it feel like normal again. What a great host to make the atmosphere perfect in these uneasy times. Thank you!

So so happy to be able to go back to Cafe Rouge at Salford Quays.  Food as great as ever, staff friendly and attentive. Can't wait to visit again

Could not recommend this place enough. It was quiet due to the tier 3 situation. But front of house could not have done more for us and the food was to die for!!!!!
