This Health club used to be amazing! Not now! Management do not care about members to the point of overhearing exactly that! Membership cost went up when this company took over, standard dramatically dropped, to the point of being given a tea towel instead of a towel,for showering even though they had clean ones kept for there money making day spa guests.On one occasion last month I was given a dirty towel. Promises of gym refurbishment put off again and again, promised date now to be may please be aware photos advertised for this gym are not all of this particular club.

Budget Gym, posh prices. Newly renovated shower rooms do not worth paying £80 per month, nor the gym. When Banatyne took over, they replaced old showers which is a downgrade. Currently you are unable to have a relaxing shower since you have to keep pushing the shower on/off button. Also the water pressure is really low and showers give very little Water. Such a disappointment. This used to be really good before they took over! They renovated the whole changing room area but the materials they used look so cheap. I think they are some sort of cheap plastics. However, they charge £80 per month (recently the price went up). Having used gyms such as 3rd space in Canary Wharf and 360 gym in Tower Hill, I can tell you that this gym do not worth £80 per month. Such a let down. Cannot wait to leave this gym when my membership runs out. Extremely disappointing.

Waiting for it to change......To date it hasn’t in fact it’s worse than ever. Members are voting with their feet and leaving. Such a shame from what year ago was such a perfect place.

Orrible!!! We had a very uncomfortable day! Cold and dirty water everywhere! Very old environment, good expectations at the beginning but then very disappointed! The people from the stuff and the managers of the spa are very unprofessional! Waist of time and money! Not suggested at all!

Gone down hill massively since it was taken over by Bannatynes. As most people say, camp site showers now, but they also don't seem to be able to keep the pool at a temperature, it's either freezing or boiling, nothing in between, there were polar bears in there today and yesterday. The Bannatyne influence seems to have glossed over the surface to try and make it look sorted but overall it's a pretty poor surface tidy up with little substance behind it and cheaping out on the back end. They've also got rid of the creche, which seems daft.
