Story

Cafe Retro is a local cafe based at the heart of Bonnybridge Toll, which has recently been taken over with new owners. We offer sit-in as well as a takeaway service which is loved by locals and visitors alike due to the friendly atmosphere, quality service and quality food & drinks.

Our varied range of food and drinks at great value, does not compromise quality.

There is seating for up to 34 customers at any given time and we also cater for children with our kids menu and high chairs. Takeaway orders can be called in advance and ready for pick up when required.

We have disabled access as well as a disabled toilet.

The Cafe Retro also provides outsourced catering services for all events

Delicious food, fabulous coffee, great staff. What a lovely little gem of a cafe. Will definitely be back.
Just a nice wee local cafe. I came here while waiting for my car to go through its major Service at the local MOT Station. I was able to work with my laptop and it wasn't too busy. I had the mini retro breakfast with square sausage fried egg bacon and a slice of brown bread, I got an extra square sausage as I don't like potato scone! Everything was good apart from the square sausage I found them to be a bit dry and not that tasty. Felt like they had been sitting for a while or reheated maybe? The decorations are all in retonstyle with moped memorabilia plastered all over A nice wee cafe will definitely go again next time the car is in for something!

Lovely selection of food. Value for money.
Out walking and got caught in the rain and wanted a cuppa and to get inside for shelter. As we had the dog, phoned ahead to check if it was dog friendly and yes it was. Bonus. Food was terrific and great value for money

Been in bansko for 7 days… been here 3 times. The coffee is delicious and the staff are very kind. Lovely atmosphere and the outdoor seating was very pretty. Would recommend to anyone!
