one star is too high a rating if none was possible that's what it would be! disgusting customer service! I phoned to see if they were able to driver to my work, I was told it would depend what it was as they weren't delivering a roll.. I explained it was for four of us & they reluctantly agreed! over an hour and a half we still had no food, they explained the 'driver broke down so they had to cook it from fresh' aye right! I eventually cancled the order and took my custom elsewhere! appalling customer service, appalling service time & extremely ill mannered staff! I dread to think what the food is like but I can only imagine by the other reviews.. says it all. PURE SHITE HOLE.
My colleagues and I made an order today on Just Eat. My colleague originally telephone about getting a delivery to which the employee answered "what's it fur like, am no deliverin a single roll" When we checked out we were advised delivery would be 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and a half later we telephoned to be advised the car had broken down without an apology, but don't worry they had re-cooked all the food..yeah right. We had to contact Just Eat to cancel then the food turned up and the driver said "well nobody told us, are you no wantin it" No we don't. Your attitude stinks, your service is appalling and your customer service is nil and void.
Ordered a full breakfast and macaroni and chips. 1 hour 20 minutes later our food arrived, cold, chips were soggy and no beans or tattie scone with the breakfast. Eggs looked like they had been cooked in 6 day old oil and im pretty sure my bacon moved aswel as it had clearly only just been introduced to any sort of heat. Rank !
After waiting over an hour for the order to be delivered I live 2 minutes away in a car if that and the food arrived mediocre. It was luke warm, over cooked and there was little of it. Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt due to the bad reviews but really I should have taken them on board. Really not impressed.
Good selection if rolls, sandwiches and other . Quick and friendly staff, making your food in a reasonable time. Not expensive to eat there, the munchie box is well worth the money!
High quality, food at fair prices, even delivers, happy days for those weekend hangovers, staff are amazing will be back again and again.

Ordered meals waited 2hrs for delivery a disgrace, when it finally arrived forgot to send coffee not impressed won't be getting food from here again!
Horrendous service never here on time and never actually care until you call and ask where your food is worse place to ever order food from if your hungry as the time it gets here it's cold and horrible
