Last night I have bought some stuff 10 selection box and 7 lynx spray.nAnd when I was reached home my wife asked me that you bring the rong lynx and when tonight when I came to return lynx spray they said we didn’t take back even one of them asked that is not our stuff when I showed them slip then they we can’t backnAnd they asked we never take it back and we don’t refund you.nThey are all staff treated with me very badly.nTheir behaviour was not good and I lost 45 pounds.nI’m specifically approaching main head office of Tesco that you’re staff of bonnybridge they don’t have sense how to treat customers they don’t have manners how to talk
A handed shop in bonnybridge not the far to travel and a car park there to
some of the staff here are so ignorant, got served this morning and while i said please, thankyou, see you later etc. the older woman with the curly/frizzy hair and glasses who served me completely ignored me, did not say a single word! i've noticed a few of the staff including this woman need some lessons in customer service!
Excellent prices and very convenient store. Perfect for essentials and some not-so-essentials! Small baby essentials available at this shop and licenced for selling alcohol. Staff are friendly and helpful.
