Bad vibe from the restaurant and rude waiter. Went in for a quick drink with my god daughter (5), her mum and my daughter (7). My friend had told me really good things about the restaurant and the food. Wasn't impressed on arrival, the place was empty because of the time and they were busy re-arranging the tables because they had a function or something. Waiter arrived, told us that we could only sit by the window (which was fine) and then I told him about my daughter's nut allergy and he immediately answered 'yeah, everything has nuts. I asked him whether we could check the bag together, he said 'I don't have the bag, but it has nuts'. He clearly found a way to get rid of us and he did. There is no way I'm going there again to try the food. There are so many friendly places around, why bother? In the end, we got the best hot chocolate and amazing service from Caffe Nero - the current manager was lovely and eager to check every single thing.

Fantastic Sicilian restaurant. If you are going at the weekend, wear your stretchy pants. Fifteen courses and you are not going to want to miss one. Very good wine list and great staff

Awesome place! Just came for a coffee but used the toilets downstairs and found they’ve got a recently renovated lounge bar just waiting to host private functions! Would be a great way to turn a dinner into dancing!

On arrival seemed pleasant friendly staff decided to go with mezze type menu. All the dishes were of little content just on beds of salad! Then we asked if we could have some pizza instead of the pasta but the owner came to the table who was very rude and abrupt and very unprofessional he said it was not possible this would be charged as extra. Instead of being so rude all he had to do was explain how the menu worked!! The way he spoke to us put us off our lunch it was embarrassing in front of my mum and children to witness!! Such a shame as the other staff were lovely and apologised for the Owners customer service, HE LETS CAFFE KLASS DOWN!!! We will not be returning there again!! And have told my friends too!
