Having been involved in the Charity sector for 30 plus years, CAF used to be the bank I would always choose and recommend, but no longer. Their customer service is appalling - they recently barred all users without any warning, and rejected a transfer from our "Gold" account (which now pays a derisory interest) to our cash to cover salary and other payments, and rejected the salary and pension payments, resulting in staff not being paid and pension payments being late. Took three days to sort out.

I've been using CAF bank for a charity I work with for 3 years. In that time I have never had a negative experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Worse bank ever. Even in the middle age they where faster. Transactions are taking ages. Customer service is just a bloody trick over the phone with million of password etc.

Old fashioned, slow, cumbersome. Will be leaving ASAP. Look elsewhere
