This debt company needs a medal. They are really lovely staff your spoken to with great respect. They fall over backwards to help you, and are really friendly. Your never talked to as a misfit because you are in debt, the most helpful remarkable company out their. My debt is now paid it’s been so easy knowing I’m not paying more than I can afford and not stressed. This company made it happen.
I would just like to say a very big thank you to Ellie. I asked for a call today to discuss my account and Ellie was absolutely brilliant. Not only did she arrange the call for a time convenient with me, she also went through everything in a way that has completely eased my anxiety over the account going forwards. I cannot thank her enough, I really appreciate the time and consideration taken to help me, thank you.
Absolutely lovely company. Please DO NOT be afraid that contact them, they do not threaten you, or have pitchforks at the ready. They are sincerely genuinely kind, and won't take any more back than you can afford! The only thing is, my partner is awaiting an overpayment to be sent via BACS. They're very patient. Please don't be scared.
Today I Spoke to Del, he was Very polite, helpful, supportive and understanding. I was offered alternatives to support my current financial situation. They have always been this way, for which I am very grateful.
I have found working with Cabot to be a very positive experience. Communication has always been helpful and non judgemental. Their website was easy to use and statements made it easy to keep track of my progress.

I can honestly say that during this second period that Cabot employees were always courteous and helpful in my dealings with them and I can’t recommend their service highly enough—a job well done.

Ian was incredibly helpful in and offered advice on ways I could resolve other financial issues I had with electric companies. My experience with Cabot today has been nothing but positive and actually an enjoyable conversation given the circumstances of the call.
