One of the best afternoon teas around! Went recently for a baby shower and everyone was catered for; gluten free, vegans, vegetarians and any other allergies. The afternoon tea was substantial and would appeal to men as well as it wasn't a typical tiny sandwiches and cakes afternoon tea. I would highly recommend and will be going again all the food looked lush. Staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy.
A group of 5 of us went for the festive meal, I have been been twice before with my mum with no complaints at all. I can't describe how beautiful and tasty and fresh the food is. No freezer bought roast potatoes. The staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming. 5 stars for the chef.Food: 5/5
Had a great night again in here. Very attentive staff, food was fabulous, authentic Italian and at great prices. The owner wasn't there but his team worked hard and looked after us well. What a fab place a little hidden gem!
Had a super birthday celebration here with my family.. The staff were great as usual.. The food is authentic and well made and I like the fact the ingredients are Sourced actually from Italy.. Very good all round.. Becoming a favourite. Pictured BBQ ribs starter .. Gracie Tante Ragazzi..updated to August 22 ..went again for lunch special..still £7.50..order the garlic bread foccacia..its simply amazing:
Food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Great place for our family Christmas meal. Only draw back is the parking. Limited next to restaurant but available nearby.Food: 5/5
A beautiful authentic Italian restaurant with a pleasant view of Doffcocker Lodge. No wonder they often run out of parking space. But there are ample parking on the streets nearby. I had my son's 2nd birthday there recently and really loved the wonderful food, service and atmosphere.Food: 5/5
There's a reason Café Italia's established itself here for almost ten years after a couple of other food places couldn't hang around - they're consistently superb. Lost count of the number of times I've eaten here, and only had one occasion where I've been less than satisfied. Service is very good and friendly, sensible prices for food, and if you want to change things around, they're more than happy to do that. Really comes into its own in summer when eating out overlooking Doffcocker Lodge as far as the trees let you is an option, but a very good place to eat any time of day or year.
Held our daughters 40th birthday here in the lovely function room on 14th January. It's a nice room with separate bar and buffet area. Perfect for a party, we had the Italian buffet and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you to Larry and his team , would highly recommend checking this out.
Name a better restaurant in Bolton… I’ll wait. Superb Italian food, excellent service. I don’t think I need to say any more but Vito and the team look after us every time we eat at Cafe Italia. Highly recommend!!!
Absolutely beautiful food, been a few times and tried different things, and all cooked to perfection, friendly staff, everything was first class. Very good menu and very good prices, i would very much recommend
