The best chicken ever even better than kfc i recomend anything on the menu it is all awesome and i have tried almost everything and great delivery service.
Can't fault the food, the pizza is soft with crispy toppings the burgers are really tasty with fresh salad and the donner kebab is the best around. 5 stars Parking: Parking right outside

I can't compare to other places as I'm happy with the service and food Charcoal Grill provide. The chicken kebab is delicious. The chicken is succulent and there's plenty of salad, mainly lettuce, served on what I'd say is a flat bread rather than naan which is moorish. Similarly the Donna is excellent. The pizza although not comparable to specialist pizza outlets is fine. Good enough to be on repeat order and my son's have started ordering hash browns and mushrooms as extras. The burgers are on repeat order too. The fries are crispy and a perfect accompaniment to all the above. Finally portion size is generous. There's plenty of competition in the area but this place is the best for me.

First time I have ordered, lived in irlam for years! What a great surprise, has to be best kebab in irlam. From order to delivery was faultless. Food was lovely, tasty and well worth the price. Keep up great service guys.

We've been going here for years and never had a problem apart from tonight!!! My husband bought two chicken kebabs, two portions of chips and a portion of onion rings, spending £15, we'll it's the worst meal we've ever had, the chips and onion rings were soggy and I had to throw my whole kebab away because some of the chicken was raw and the other was chewy, never again are we going there!!!!!!!
The worst possible takeaway I have ever ordered. We ordered a donner kebab and a chicken kebab and the chicken didn't come on na'an bread so when I rang they said you have to order it as extra, we explain we ordered a friggin kebab and said we wanted it in na'an anyway the rest of the food was just rank. The donner meat didn't look cooked, the salad was just lettace and onions which looked old, everything was drenched in juice and the food just tasted disgusting. Seriously not worth the £20+ we spent and I'm fuming haha. The staff don't have good customer service skills either.
That’s was really such a poor customer service. I won’t recommend order through phone at all!!! I’ve ordered food few times but not doing again, for God’s sake!!! I ordered delivery through phone. The guy who picked up the wasn’t able to understand a word of what I was saying when I was speaking crystal clearly. Like I was talking foreign language or something, I made to him as easier as possible to understand what I want to order. After a hard effort he’s taken my order. Then just suddenly before I finish hanged up the phone! I called again and I told him let me give you the address. While I was spelling it out for him hanged up the phone again!! This is really ridiculous!! Why do you take calls when you don’t how to speak basic English!!
