Excellent from start to finish, Incredible Service! WOW! You don't need to look anywhere else for purchase of your vehicle. Jack bygraves have been exceptional. Their customer care has been fantastic. Very trusting and reliable. I highly recommend! I love my Ford Kuga, Mary's customer service is amazing, she went above and beyond. Don't look any where else for buying or selling your car. Thank you so much for making buying my car such a pleasure. Highly recommend.
Do not buy a car from here. I was sold a car that was faulty, I took it back to be fixed and was told to do it myself. I have returned the car and received awful customer service. No apology for the fact that I now have no car, and no way to get to work. Avoid at all cost., car over priced. The car did not have age related marks as you have suggested, there is an oil leak, the condenser is broken, bald tyre and the exhaust heat pad is broken underneath. You had no compassion for the fact that this has caused me a huge amount of stress, and you generally do not care. Shocking customer service.
Went to view a car and nobody came out to greet us, were given keys to the car by a disinterested young guy, no smile nothing at all. Car was pretty dirty and looking round most of the others didn't look as if they'd seen a bucket of water or a hoover. Pretty underwhelmed, fella just took the keys back without a word so we left without bothering to view any others. If they can't make an effort to say hello or prepare vehicles then we won't buy there.
I had a MOT and used this garage simply because it is local and without any feedback or knowledge of its reputation or idea of their service from anyone else . I was very pleased I chose them and will use them in future if I need to . They were well priced and communicated with me brilliantly and with a knowledge of cars they addressed issues without prompt and extra charge and advised me over them which hadn't been on visiting other garages previously and I had given up on until now . But the helpful staff looked into the smaller things others haven't in the past even upon asking them and being part of the work I'd asked to be done. This wasn't needed with the attentive staff being so on point
I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter and found a the perfect car for her at Jack Bygraves, made an appointment to view, they booked us in and the car was as good as the pictures. The staff were friendly & helpful and my daughter was delighted. Took it for a test drive and decided to buy as the price and the mileage were low. We put the deposit down and were given the option of finance if needed. We were shown all the paperwork v5 & service history and were told that the car would be given a new MOT & Service. Would recommend to anyone looking for there next car. Very competitive and have a very nice selection of cars.
I would very very highly recommend this place. The guys were beyond nice so helpful and they really did amazing job on my car.
Cars were dirty and not worth the price they had listed. Owner never turned up and shows up when he can be bothered. Considering I had an appointment to test drive a car I'm glad he never turned up as I waited till 11am and he was a no show. And the car I was going to test drive wasnt fit for the road.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. Very bad customer service and very unprofessional. If I were you I’ll never use them, take your business elsewhere.
The documents for the vehicle could never be produced for the change of Cambelt.Shame really.
Fantastic service from the moment we entered the showroom. Mary approached us straight away and was more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she was both friendly and professional. We had been to other places looking at a Citroen Ds3 and this was by far the most professional and helpful place we had found. The car had a few scratches which they said they could remove for us, and offered to service it also. As we had driven quite far we opted to have it delivered which was at a very reasonable cost. The car was delivered when promised and myself and my husband were extremely amazed at how well the scratches has been taken care off. The guy who delivered was very informative and helpful also. I would definitely recommend and use JackBygraves again without hesitation. Well done Mary and the team there you have been outstanding!!
