I rented a tent, two sleeping bags, and sleeping pads from BXM in June 2022 and was grateful for how willing they were to work with me. I had a misunderstanding when initially ordering the supplies but they were helpful and friendly about fixing that initial error and then I needed the equipment shipped to Glasgow and it was no problem. The equipment worked great, was clean and well kept, and was exactly what I ordered. Also, BXM was always super responsive when I had a question like when I needed the return address when I was ready to ship back and realized I didn't have it!. I recommend hiring equipment from them if you can. I can't speak to the expeditions because I only hired, B this experience would be enough for me to consider doing so in the future. Thank you so much BXM for making my camping trip possible!

Be aware SCAM company, I Booked & paid £105 for Silver DOE expedition for my daughter through their website and never heard back. Sent several emails and no reply. Phone goes to voicemail. Please don’t go near this company or you will lose money.

Great service

Great option for hiring equipment for DofE expedition rather than pay lots for something that may never be used again.
