My mother went in here today looking to book a singles holiday after a recent divorce. When she asked if they do holidays without high single person supplements, she was told "I'm sorry, we don't deal with singles." before the member staff turned her back.
I feel compelled to put pen to paper so to speak as I've just left thomson orbital without my dollars that I had ordered on Saturday. As I didn't have any photo I d on me they wouldn't release the money. They had my home phone number ,I was paying on debit card so money would be out straight away. While I understand its company policy ,discretion can be used . I'm clearly not going to pay for someone else's money I knew exactly how much I was picking up. I did call them before to make sure money was in, no mention of me bringing I d. So they do have my home phone number. Thomson you have just lost a valued customer. I've used this company for years and never had a problem until now.
Had a great time in New York. Hotel broadway plaza lovely staff clean and tidy
