*** I have already complained but no one has got back to me!!!! I am absolutely disgusted in the experience and customer service I have received. I trusted in your company and staff to provide me with what i expect and I have been completely miss sold a holiday that me and my partner have worked so hard for and could only just afford to come on. When since the day we have got here all we have been is completely distressed I have been in tears and he has been stressed with me because he can't believe the holiday we have been sold to the holiday we have come to. I went into your shop and sat down with a girl called Chloe who works at Thomas cook and booked my "5* signature holiday" when in fact I wouldn't even class it as a 3*. The images you have provided on your website and the description of this hotel couldn't be more opposite to what it actually is and looks like. And when I wrote To Chloe saying How upset I am the reply I got was disgusting and all she had to say was "sorry you don't like the holiday you chose". I came into your travel agents to sit and book a holiday with somebody with EXPERIENCE who I could trust. So please don't say it's a holiday I chose it's a holiday I asked YOUR advise on and Trusted in YOU to provide me with what I expect I have been completely miss sold this holiday. Your in help team have been nothing but rude! I stated to the rep who is meant representing YOUR company that we have spent 1800 pounds on this holiday we have spent all Our money it's the only holiday we could afford for the next couple years and the only answer I got back was " you didn't spend that you spent 1600" which actually made me cry due to embarrassment, and in frustration my partner slipped out he was going to propose on this holiday!! and he can't now because we are so unhappy with the hotel, the staff, and the atmosphere which I'm absolutely gutted about considering I had NO idea he was going to do so. So now that's completely ruined that for me and my holiday we are in awful moods. I should be enjoying myself on a holiday I've worked really hard for when in fact I've spent the last 2 days in tears and all I have got from your staff and hotel staff is a bad attitude- no consideration about how I actually feel. I think you need to look into your staff who represent your company because they are rude, in fact it's the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Im a loyal Thomas cook customer and I will now NEVER be booking with you again. We have now lost all of last night and most of the day today trying to sort out and new hotel which we had to pack up all our stuff and move hotels we could only just afford this holiday we are very limited in what we can spend out here as money is tight and we've just had to spend over 100 euros to move when it's you that caused us this inconvenience, my partner has told me ( Which I shouldn't even have a clue about ) that he was going to take me to a lovely restaurant to propose and now he can't because 1, if your staff wasn't so rude and unhelpful he wouldn't of got frustrated and let it slip and 2, because we have had to pay to change hotels he can't afford to now. Completely ruined our moods and holiday we want to come home! So we have had to loose a day and spend money we simply do not have which has now left us worried about what we can spend on this holiday, and I can't even get a reply off them. That's our 1 holiday for the next 3 years ruined.

No one picks up the phone. Bureau de change have no customer service skills. If they didn't have good rates, they would't have any business.
