My elderly Dad took his remote controlled boat here and asked them to fix it. After quite a long period he went back to see if they had sorted it, and they had lost most of the parts for it including the remote control! He has tried following it up via email and visiting the shop but to no avail. No communication at all from them, no offer of replacement or reimbursement. Very angry that they have taken advantage of my poor Dad and he's quite upset that he can't enjoy his lovely hobby boat any more.

Buzztech have been continually amazing when it comes to my laptop. I bought it around a year ago for a very good price and since then they have provided me with support and have helped me to understand and take care of the computer. Recently there was a big problem with it and they have managed to repair it perfectly, retaining all my important data and they managed to keep the process cheap as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything computer-wise and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They lost part of a boat and refused to reimburse. Ignores all communication and won't assist. Avoid at all costs.

We've used BuzzTech for our home pc as well as a number of laptops for upgrades, virus removal, and general servicing and have never had a bad experience with them. They have always sorted out our problems quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. They have never lost any of our data. We would highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Buzztech for several years and have consistently received an excellent service from them. We have bought three laptops and a desktop, all reconditioned and all superb value for money and very good quality. Any problems that we have had (usually self-inflicted) have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I recently took in one of the laptops for service and Buzztech realised that it had been without antivirus protection for 18 months - an inadvertent error on our part - and as a result was riddled with viruses to such an extent that Tom and his team said it was the worst they had ever seen. Despite this accolade they managed to sort it out and return it to us, fully-functioning and fully protected for what seemed like a nominal charge. I couldn't be more impressed with how they have pulled this one out of the bag. Thank you very much Buzztech, I remain a loyal customer.
