Bland and boring items, it's not realy a lingeri shop, just an underwear shop that does fittings. If entering as a male expect a freindly welcome with judgement/ a feeling of being a nucance hidden behind the smiles and freindly attitude. Might of purchased and brought my lady to see the shop, but didn't feel comfortable / actuly welcome.
What a disappointment. I have been a loyal customer at Linda Rose for years and loved the shop, the service and the lingerie. I visit at least twice a year if possible. I first met Linda at her daughter's gorgeous lingerie shop in Wimbledon village when I lived nearby. I knew that Linda had sold the business on. I decided to visit today but oh dear? The shop now resembles a jumble sale and manages to make very expensive ranges look cheap and nasty. The new owner clearly has little interest in her former client base or indeed in anyone willing to spend good money on excellent, well fitting underwear. I felt quite insulted by the whole experience. It feels like retail vandalism, that a once great and highly respected, specialist business could have sunk so low. No USP. No sense of welcome. Like being caught in the underwear department of TK MAXX on a really bad day. I will not return. I would give only one star if I could but it seems you have to give a star rating in order to post. Just awful.
Love the shop. The staff are so professional and friendly and the store has an amazing choice of stock, I always find something in there and more, its hard not to leave with something amazing. I particularly love the staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are so attentive and friendly. They really helped me with my sizing which I never understood but now I do. I wish them every success thank you for looking after me Jude and Geraldine x
What a beautiful Lingerie boutique, every time I visit I am not disappointed. I am blown away with the beautiful array of items and amazing colours. Jude & her team are so professional and know everything there is to know about lingerie and make you feel so at ease. I loved the whole experience and especially love all the items I have purchased over the years! A must visit xx
Bras and shoes have a lot in common- they should fit well, they should make the best of you and enhance your femininity. We all know when a pair of shoes is ill fitting, but most of us can't tell if we are wearing the correct bra size. I have had a few bra fittings in high street shops and I have been wearing the wrong size all my life. Linda was brilliant. She could tell my size just by looking at me. I tried on a number of styles to work out which best suited my body shape. We found one that was perfect and then Linda told me the size of the bra. I was amazed! I left the shop wearing the bra I had just bought. It felt so comfortable that I didn't want to take it off- much like a pair of comfy slippers but without the frumpiness!
Jenny Lomas I had a fab experience at Linda Rose this afternoon. I always dread having to buy new underwear especially as I am quite difficult to fit having had some minor surgery, but Caroline made me feel so comfortable and as if nothing was too much trouble, she was unbelievably patient, finding me as many styles as possible to try until I was happy. I would recommend this great shop to anyone, you won't be disappointed!
Had a great, relaxed fitting experience. I am always nervous about being fitted for a bra but was made to feel completely at ease and came away with three! Expert, friendly staff and a lovely selection. A week later I keep noticing how comfortable my bra is and how great my tops look over it. Will never buy 'blind' off the internet again as a well fitting bra feels so much better.
Fantastic staff readily available to help with my questions and queries as to what bra I needed. I was on my lunch break at work so couldn't take them up on the offer of a glass of prosecco which would have been delightful. I felt more than comfortable during the fitting and walked away wearing a lovely new bra. I'll be going back soon for something a little more delicate for the summer months and I may even treat myself to some swim wear I highly recommend checking it out!
What an amazing range of gorgeous lingerie! From beautiful everyday sets to the unbelievably sexy, a range of styles to suit all shapes and sizes. Beautiful french lace, sultry silks, in so many beautiful shades - just wonderful. I’m delighted with my Aubade French lace set. Exceptional!
I wanted to give this store a 5 star rating. Jude is very helpful and responsive- even for those customers in the US ordering on-line. I can't recommend them enough!
