Friendly welcome. Great range of well kept real ales. Very clean for what seems to be a drinkers pub. 2 pool tables and a dart board. Could only see a burger menu. Car park for about a dozen cars. Clean loos.
Friendly local pub with good atmosphere lovely open wood fire pool darts an spaced seating area staff all on point n funny & very welcoming, good selection of drinks n food to choose from to, if u don't believe me go try It for yourself
Handy pub on the edge of Beccles. Good range of beers and if you like rum this is the place as there are specialist rums to be had. Seating outside is by the road although not too busy. Live music when we visited so inside was full.

Most definitely my favourite pub ever!! Great selection of drinks all round, and if you ever feel stuck what to drink just ask the landlord Ian, he has an extensive knowledge on all local ales, beers and spirits and especially rum. I would go as far to say he is a bit of a rum conoseur. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and dog friendly too! An all round perfect boozer!
Lovely proprietor and barman. Good ale selection plus port. Traditionally a booze only pub, but doing a limited pub grub selection for the current climate. We had scampi, chips and peas each plus I had breaded mushrooms. They were crisp, dry and tasty. The best of their type I have had in ages. A lovely, relaxed evening
Great range of local real ales. Landlord obviously has pride in his products. Very friendly and food was good and generous portions too. Really enjoyed our unplanned visit and will visit again.
Such a great place, warm & welcoming! Fantastic landlord Ian & staff! Holds brilliant events on a regular basis...quiz nights which are great fun! Coffee mornings/ meet up on a Monday for a coffee & chat.. which is great! Dogs & children are welcome... definitely a friendly pub with lovely ppl popping in! Also a pub you can go into on your own & feel so welcome! Cannot rate it higher...worth a visit for a warm & lovely atmosphere!
