Sorry to see the Telford Travel Shop closed very hard to get information and buy National Express tickets as there no Arriva Staff like a supervisor to ask for info. The Bus Station is like a dump lots of litter and could do with a cleaner there doing regular checks like every hour every day. Maybe make sure buses are on the right stands and not blocking the National Express coach stand. One of the worse bus stations I have used
Just beautiful. A modern shopping arcade, truly glistening, merging into a continuous, evolving landscape running past their Council House & ending at a small but lovely train station. Telford Town Centre is a beautiful piece of work & a dreamer's first love.
No Toilet facilities . There maybe when shops are open !. But that's no good when they're closed. Very poor in that respect, its not good enough.
Due to the poor running of this service I missed my train to wolverhampton.and ended up waiting over an hour.3 empty buses.herds of people waiting.not a good or organised service.
Some of the drivers need to learn how to speak to people. One of the drivers got so arsey just cause I put the ticket the wrong way. He's tone of voice was completely over the top we all make mistakes. When I asked do you go to Newport he totally ignored my question and just said can you scan the ticket. No please or thank yous. The low score says it all the customer service is a joke.
Seems they replaced the old bus station with a worse one! It is not totally closed in so it's freezing in winter. There are nowhere near enough seats, more need to be added at the back of the station, and for goodness sake install some electronic departure boards and a clock , so we have more of an idea if a bus is due or has left, other than trying to read the small print on the timetables sellotaped to the doors!
The new terminus is pretty, but freezing in winter and cold in summer. It is like being in a wind tunnel. Not enough seating. What is provided is very uncomfortable.
All the shops you need in a small area. Love it.
the bus station is just as bad as some of the drivers.........the mobile app is good but doesn't tell you if bus has been cancelled or other impractical error.......waiting for busses that don't turn up when app says it's due.....yrs due but not defiantly on way..... the 01952 contact number is invalid....... I do hope these reviews are being taken seriously as telford is not amused .!!!
Never like going there, only when necessary. Dislike malls, prefer to walk around outside
