Accessible station with buses to different routes around North-east. Has accessible areas for everyone and a public toilet as well. Good staff and bus drivers with 90% of staff willing to assist.
Loses a star for being in Middlesbrough, which is a dying town.nIt's clean enough, well laid out, the lift works. Toilets are OK but quite grim I blame the way they're treated by the users tho, but generally clean.

Excellent bus station. A selection of shops within. This location is also served by numerous bus lines. Clean Bus Station.
No info on screen, paper timetables out of date for service I wanted, and bus arrivals bore no relation to advertised times, why are the information screens not working?nA terrible experience even when you know what stand you need ,utterly awful if you do not!
