The customer service was absolutely disgusting. The woman serving with short brown hair wants a customer service course given! We were told food was starting at 4 o'clock by a staff member, when we went up to order at 4:05 she snapped at us and questioned if we actually pay attention to anyone as we where apparently told that kitchen starts at 4:30, however the other blonde staff member who originally told us the time corrected her stating it was 4pm not 4:30. The way she spoke to us we instantly refused to make an order and walked out, will never come here again after the way she spoke to us in front of other customers
Very nice place plenty of food to choose from on the menu and nicely cookedd. Been many a time before. Staff are very smartly dressed, pleasant and friendly. Obviously can be very busy at peak times of the day.would definitely recommend.
We visited for a birthday party for our four year old in the fuzzy Ed’s, every thing was great, the organisation and communication before the party was brilliant. the food on the day was faultless. Special mention to Alex who made the whole experience run so smoothly on the day! Kid-friendliness: Small soft play, ideal for under sevens.
I love it here, very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them, the food is great. We made a mistake ordering a burger, and they rectified it for us without any issue. Kid-friendliness: We brought two little ones with us today, 1 and 2, and there was no problem. Parking: A lot of spaces and quite a lot of disabled spaces near the pub. Wheelchair accessibility: It's all easily accessible for a wheelchair user.
After booking seating for 25 people 2 weeks before my birthday upon arrival we were told that they had ran out of many things I.e no more pizzas or fish and chips left, leaving many of us having to change our orders. Then whilst waiting for our food a waitress brought a list out of what we could order which was narrowed down to a handful of options
VERY GOOD went not expecting much on a Saturday evening took 3 kids but was surprised. Very family friendly full of families with kids. Has a kids menu. No deals on a Saturday night so probably the most expensive time to visit. The soft play was £3 per child but the kids loved it and it let them throw off some steam before sitting down for dinner. Prices are moderate not the cheapest but the food was lovely. Good choice for veggies and lovely large desserts. Good night all round.
16 dinning for a birthday party.Different food ordered all came at the same time. Excellent service great foot and great value for money. Special thanks to Alan who looked after us . Highly recommend
Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Great prices. Very very kind and caring toward food intolerances - thank you so much. Vegetarian options: The chain have a great app. App: GlassOnion You can select Vegetarian, Vegan or allergies and then it will show you ONLY the things you CAN eat. Doesn't tease you and show you what you can't have too! Parking: Good parking area. Unsure about disabled bays, I didn't look. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options. Staff were knowledgeable and double checked on their app and in the kitchen to see things were in stock/ could be made gluten free. The gluten free fryer wasn't able to be used the evening I went and the staff had checked and let me know... I can't fault them. They offered me what was safe for me! They also brought out cutlery separately to the rest of my group to cut down of cross contamination. I really recommend this branch of the company. They went to the extra lengths to make my visit enjoyable and to minimise the risks of me eating gluten. Thank you staff team!
I didn’t expect amazing just average would of been ok ,I got fajita’s from the sizzling grill but literally got a skillet of onions with a bit of chopped chicken thrown on top as a after thought,the fish n chips were soggy and the kids burger was laughable like I said average would of done and I’d of been happy with average but this was very very bad never again !
