Site of the original Edgware Manor, farmland owned by All Souls College Oxford since the mid 15th.Century. Some 17th.Century historic remnants and later outbuildings. Here the ancient route gently ascends toward the M1 highway gash and Pylon skyline fissure, amidst a geometry of hawthorn and bramble hedges, gnarled old boundary oaks, pastures and meadows. A saunter and linger on London's picturesque rimland at the edge of the escarpment is rewarding, perhaps coaxing a fleeting warp in time and place.

Lovely, friendly yard with a large indoor schooling arena and lots of great hacking. Easy access by car and also accessible by public transport, affordable rates too!

Fantastic livery yard, all the horses are kept well and there is lots of hacking. Nice friendly atmosphere.
