Burnley Bus Station is modern and a good size. The place was clean with seating by every gate. Located by the town centre it is easy to get to and from. There are free toilets  here which is extremely good. The bus station does draw all types of people though.

I mean, it's a bus station. It's clean, not freezing. The toilets are basic but they work and are maintained well. There is a cafe that I've never been in and a shop. Staff are available to help but the drivers can be dissmissive if you have any questions beyond the basic, which bus goes to X. Overall it's pretty good.

I had to get off at this station when commuting to Burnley in December 2020 while I worked there part-time, being transported there by relatively reliable and comfortable buses that parked right by the bus shelter. I do take issue with how many seats have been closed off due to covid-19 though, as it is around half and that is being overly restrictive... also, I accidentally missed a bus to Skipton once because they were running a different one from usual and an assistant who I asked about Skipton buses forgot to tell me when it was there.

Crowded full of the worst possible kinds of loud teenagers playing chav music on phones because they're too scruffy and selfish to buy headphones. Loud mouths arguing with eachother inbetween smoke clouds of vapes. Smells like depression. Bus driver wasn't helpful and rude when I asked about times. Felt like I was back in high-school if I went to high-school on the Jeremy Kyle set. Taxi drivers outside arguing with ratty children, pretty sure the homeless guy outside was injecting himself. Rubbish absolutely everywhere. Hoping the train strikes stop soon before I get glassed trying to get home. Possibly the worst place I've ever been just. Ew.

On the M5 to barnolswick and this is the second time today i've had the same bus driver, she was very good with the public and understanding in situations where they needed help. One of the best bus drivers i've know traveling on the bus, not sure on her name but her red hair stood out to me so was easily identified when i saw her the second time.
