The worsthorne and pike hill bus basically come to the bus station every hour and then they are too many stoops buses. They are very unclean to the bus timetables need changing.
Burnley Bus Station is modern and a good size. The place was clean with seating by every gate. Located by the town centre it is easy to get to and from. There are free toilets here which is extremely good. The bus station does draw all types of people though.
Busses are always late or cancelled , drivers can never hear and always try to overcharge me for adult tickets even though I ask otherwise constantly. You’ll be spending less getting a car or taxis than using these busses
I had to get off at this station when commuting to Burnley in December 2020 while I worked there part-time, being transported there by relatively reliable and comfortable buses that parked right by the bus shelter. I do take issue with how many seats have been closed off due to covid-19 though, as it is around half and that is being overly restrictive... also, I accidentally missed a bus to Skipton once because they were running a different one from usual and an assistant who I asked about Skipton buses forgot to tell me when it was there.
Another time when none of the waiting people and the bus was not informed about the suspension of the route. I was almost late for work again.
