At Brewers Fayre we've thought of everything. Great value, great food, great family friendly atmosphere; we've got the lot. Our menu is packed full of family favourites all freshly prepared by our trained Chefs. The Burleydam dates back to at least 1850, & has undergone many guises over the years, including a private residence, a night club & comedy venue. Today, it is a renowned family friendly pub restaurant, specialising in great value, freshly cooked pub food & excellent service. We're close to Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo, & Liverpool City Centre & have a Fun Factory - perfect for keeping the little ones entertained!

One of my favorite places in the world. Wonderfully designed/decorated, lovely, helpful staff. Café has really yummy lunches, drinks and desserts, pet friendly except in cafe and lots of items at great prices. My regular spot to take my neighbour out for a cheer-up or catch-up all the time. Great place to be rain or shine!
Fantastic service from Colin and staff at Burley dam Garden Centre. A really great experience from placing the order with the sales team; payment and very helpful staff and an efficient delivery next day of our company Xmas tree and pointsettia plants. The quality of the tree and plants are fantastic and a big shout out for the driver who spent some time helping put the tree in the stand. As always an excellent all round service and we thank you all so much. Merry Christmas to you all. Highly recommend you
I bought a rattan table, before delivery they noticed it had been damaged, rang me, delivered me a loan table whilst they sourced me another then delivered my new table. Iam delighted, Andy and the garden furniture team kept me informed and ensure they look after their loyal customers. Would always buy from Burleydam, top quality service.
Lovely breakfast for £5.50 for a 5 item traditional breakfast, with a round of toast. Pot of tea or coffee is extra. At £3 to £4.20 depending what you drink. Service is excellent from the staff who are happy to help, if your tray is full and will accommodate you to your table. Well worth a visit. Then walk around the centre to your hearts content looking and browsing a garden centre has to offer. Some great deals to have.
Large garden centre. Excellent range of products for garden and home. Went specifically for an orange blossom tree and bought the last one. Staff very helpful and full of advice. Nice cafe again staff very accommodating. Delicious carrot cake and coffee.
Lovely place! Great helpful staff and a clean, homely cafe with great snacks and meals. The clothes and shoe shops are beautiful and reasonably priced, not to mention the gifts. Christmas in there was spectacular! Thank you guys.
Lovely garden centre and dog friendly. If they had a portion of indoor seating area for dog owners would be 5 star. Met other customers who felt same, would have spent more if they could have sat indoors with their dog raining outside .
The staff were their usual very helpful, efficient and polite selves. The service was prompt and the food and drinks were up very acceptable. In general, the cafe area was noticeably cold however.
Plenty of parking. Clean and tidy entrance. Easy to walk around the garden centre plenty of departments to look around. I would say on the pricey side but I think that's general for most garden centres. Atmosphere very pleasant and warm. Cafe. Very clean, staff constantly checking tables. Food very varied and very tasty. Again bit pricey but looked appetising, enjoyable and a decent portion. Dishes cleared away quickly from tables. Most staff very efficient and friendly. One star removed due to a female staff member behind the food counter who didn't say excuse me, but just edged me out of the way to fill drinks cabinet. 3 times. Then said she would be with me in a minute. I said, ok, and stood there waiting. Then she went and served a group of other people who just arrived at the counter. They were still deciding what they wanted and she even looked over to me and nodded. Don't know why she didn't serve me. As this was just one assistant I would return as everyone else had very good customer service skills, she perhaps needs some training. Apart from that lovely garden centre to visit.
Went to Burleydam today and took my rescue dog with me. I take him to places that I know I can rather than leaving him at home as he only frets when I leave him. Was having a wander around the centre and Jack was enjoying attention from the staff and customers alike I then went to go into the cafe + had chosen a table in the front of the cafe in a corner where the dog would not be in the way + my parents had gone to sit there. I was standing talking to an elderly lady who was keen to pet Jack + she was telling me about her dog. I had not intended to take Jack into the self service area for obvious hygiene reasons but was going to leave him at the table with my parents whilst I collected the food. An assistant from behind the counter began to inform me from quite a distance that I could not sit in the cafe with the dog other than at one table. She then realised how difficult it was to communicate from where she was + came over to explain. She explained that there was only one table that you could sit at with a dog + that was currently occupied I mistakenly thought it was the table my parents were sat at + replied that that was the case. Mum then waved over, the lady then explained that it was a table in the further distance in the exit area. I replied that I had not realised + she pointed to signs that indicated the situation. I am not unreasonable + accepted the situation + thought I would just let Mum + Dad have something whilst I walked around with Jack a little more. What I am upset about is that the lady then went back behind the counter being v officious and started to inform all of her colleagues about what she had said + done. When my mum then went to purchase drinks she overheard the lady continuing to go on about it! It really had not been a drama + why she felt she had to make it one is beyond me!!! I also did not appreciate being “talked” about either…how school playground like! I would like to thank all the lovely staff + customers who fussed Jack + made us feel welcome! To the lady in the cafe I suggest a little customer relations training might be advisable!
