This burger king has a drive-through and reasonably sized car park for dining in. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can order via one of the touch screens on entry or order at the counter old skool style. The seating area is clean and well maintained with large windows, which make it feel slightly larger, as it's fairly small as fast food restaurants go. The toilets are clean, with a disabled toilet easily accessible at the back of the restaurant.
As far as Burger Kings go this isn't a bad one. Its a great little stop on the way to South Wales.nnThe one thing that let it down was the facilties because the mens cubical was out of service, and the disabled toilet had no toilet roll.nnIt's a very quiet Burger King and the staff were really pleasant. Highly recommend this stop, especially if you are on your way to South Wales.
Service was a tad slow busy time? and I struggled with the touch screen ordering - I suppose it was obvious to the person that designed the app. Staff friendly and well turned out and food up to standard.
Went with a large group of people, and the food was served really quick - which is brilliant and lives up to the name 'fast food'. However, one person in my group had to wait 20 extra minutes for their meal because the staff crossed it off their list before they even served it, aka, forgot to serve it. BUT they did upgrade the whole meal to a 'large' as an apology, and the food was fab.
