Lovely old country style and a beautiful setting. Had a lovely meal and got to eavesdrop on the conversations from across the valley. Reasonable price for very good quality home made food. We also had the company of the resident pooches. Lovely meal lovely setting lovely people. One word of advice. This place is a nice relaxing venue. If you want a wreck up go elsewhere. Recommend whole heartedly

Called in early evening and all was as expected in the hotel/public bar. Early doors workers banter. Meal was fine for value. Hot and filling. Unfortunately the owners comments at the bar regarding other local hostileries was uncalled for and inaccurate. Lack of professionalism I guess ?

Great place for a decent pint. Lovely staff who are very welcoming, and they have an extensive range of locally produced spirits.
