DISGUSTING. Had to stop there because the kids were hungry. We have ordered 4 burgers and I got 3. Unfortunately we left the location when I have noticed that. 2 pieces of meat between the buns. Must have been cheese and bacon in the burger.I’m sorry that I stopped there. There was a guy with hair out no gloves nothing
Had to stop here on Monday 2nd August and wish l hadn't bothered, stuck in the drive in for 45mins only to have received the worst burgers we've ever had, dry, tasteless, burnt beyond chargrilled and cold, they even managed to get the drinks wrong after three times of explaining what we wanted , if we hadn't been driving away it would have been sent back. We'll get in touch with headquarters for a response and hopefully refund.
We called in here on quiet Thursday afternoon. Food was good, but the place needed a good clean. They did wipe the tables on request, but there was still a lot of dirt in nooks and crannies, and one wall by our seat was particularly dirty. There were plenty of staff around with very little to do and so no excuse not to clean the place up. Looking at previous reviews, this is not an isolated occurrence - shame!
More expensive than I expected. Chips were hotter than the sun, bacon double cheeseburger not so much, lukewarm at best. 18 quid for 2 meals did surprise me.Food: 3/5
Burger king is my favourite. But the most surprises me when I went to use the voucher in the restaurant through the mobile app and the staff member say you cannot use the vouchers at all and that's surprised me why do they have the app vouchers when you cannot use them can someone tell me that. Very strange
Simply awful Where to start? No receipt on order screen; coffee machine not working; men’s toilet out of order; no clean tables; rubbish and dropped food on floor; food tepid with cheap soggy buns; dry overcooked fries; no paper napkins; and it cost us £17 for this dreadful experience. No service and no standards. Goodbye Burger King. The excessive marketing didn’t delivery what you promised your customers
Dirty tables, dirty chairs and benches, very dirty floor too many staff doing nothing in an empty restaurant when they should be cleaning the place up. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned which was half heartedly done. Wonder why it was empty!Food: 1/5
I avoided going to burger King for the longest time because whatever I have order has always been cold.every burger cold and I ordered 3 different kinds so beef cold chicken cold and vegetarian burger cold.i don't understand what's so hard about heating food.also took ages to get the cold food. Very expensive for cold food.will be m last visit
It's the customers who let side down here messy tables and floors. Staff need to be on the ball as people generally don't treat their surroundings with dignity.Food: 4/5
It's a burger king so if you don't know what it's all about I suggest Google. Arrived late so food hot although downside is wait time..Food: 4/5
