Stopped off for a bite to eat, don’t usually use BK, but was pleasantly surprised, their fries in my opinion are better than their competitors and the burger was excellent. Will definitely use again. Drive Thru, so only 1 star for atmosphere.

Food is very good but staff rude and ignore you if when you come in.nWhen i went into the restaurant, it was empty apart from 5 staff, whent up to counter they said straight away before I even ask that the orders need to be done on the electronic kiosks at the other side of the restaurant which I found funny as they were standing around doing nothing, but unfortunately the kiosks were not working properly as the buttons on screens would not register your pick of foods took a good 10 mins to do this because of this and as we tried to put order in the staff continued to have a big chatnNot impressed with this and an attitude from them even though I did not cause a fuss because of the issues.nThe only thing that saves Burger King is the food, but people will get fed up with the staff attitude and rudness. Good luck burger king if this is the way your restaurants are run
The staff is lovely especially the restaurant managers. Quite busy on peak times. Good place to get food.
£10 for a token gesture of fries and a bean burger that's worth £3 at a push...nCustomer service non existent, just a child wandering around the car park aimlessly letting drive-thru orders get cold.nnWorse than useless, avoid unless close to starvation
