Ordered the chili bites, and when I got them, they were overcooked. I took them back, but the server, who provided zero customer service, simply returned the same ones from the same batch. I didn't go back up again because it was embarrassing.
Really quick service and very impressed at how clean it is kept. The staff were working hard cleaning everything thoroughly including the lampshades!!! Good job burger king especially on New Years eve!!
Came in at 10, well before closing of 11 and staff were looking to pack up and go early, begrudgingly made our order taken on the kiosks, no mention of take out orders only on the kiosks. Went to sit down and were told tables were closed, no problem, said we wouldn’t eat there, still told we weren’t even allowed to sit down ‘because they would have to re mop’. We didn’t have muddy shoes or anything, were just sat waiting for the order to be prepared. Just inventing their own nonsense ‘rules’ and making customers feel unwelcome. The way they were rude and standoff-ish about it. News flash, you have a job, you work shifts, if you don’t like it then choose a 9-5. We didn’t come in ten mins before closing, it was an hr before. Food standards were poor, burgers were heavily burnt.
I recently went to the Burger King in East Kilbride and was pleasantly surprised. It’s easy to find, and the staff were friendly and quick to take my order.nnThe place was clean and had enough seating. I got a Whopper meal, and it was fresh and tasty. The burger and fries were just what you’d expect from Burger King.nnThe customer service was solid. Even though it was busy, the staff were quick and made sure my order was right.nnOverall, a good experience. If you’re in East Kilbride and need a fast-food fix, this Burger King is a good option.
Waited 25 minutes for food at drive through. Went in. Staff told me they couldn't tell me how much longer I'd need to wait and they'd get my order when it came. Rude and unhelpful, stressed staff. When finally got order it was cold and incorrect. I asked for a refund only for the manager to basically chuck my money at me. Horrendous service and experience.
