Unfortunately I have to report this one to be pretty slow in performance. Perhaps just low staffed. Good attitude your. But more so, when is corporate going to give this place an upgrade?! What decade are we in anyways??
Burger King is so hit or miss these days. This time was no different. Our drinks were ready when we arrived at the second window, but we had to wait for them until our food was prepared. I just don't get that. If we finish our drinks before the food comes out, can't we just park the car and enter to refill our drinks??
I wasn’t refunded my order when I got charged for something I didn’t buy , there was a 20 min wait for bacon to be put on my burger. After I order they said there also a wait on my frys when the place was empty . Honestly never coming back definitely ruined desire to go out to eat just wanted a good burger
Decent Burger King, the food is always fresh, however, there has been an issue with salt amount sometimes the food tastes way too salty. Also even if you order several things that need dipping sauce they only give you one packet? It might be small issue, but it is rather annoying.
Super super busy. Staff did great working there butt off to fulfil and complete orders as fast as they could. Parking: Very tight parking due to being very busy
I went through the drive through the customer service was great, but I was given the wrong sandwich and didn’t check before heading to my appointment. When I tried to call over the rest of the day, no one would answer the phone. I didn’t have time to go back but not impressed considering the sandwich cost me 9 dollars after the substitutes I wanted. I don’t have an issue paying for what I want, but I at least expect it to be what I wanted.
Literally order ahead of time and went directly to go get it. I ordered late bc I work overnights and then they closed extremely early so I went to the drive thru microphone and the first window and no one answered. Then I went to the pick up window and knocked. It was 10:45 and a rude worker screamed “WERE CLOSED”. I could see my bag of food that was my dinner for work sitting on the hot shelf. One bad experience but countless times they’ve messed up my food or forgotten things when I order ahead.
If I could give this restaurant a zero star I would I was there for over 20 minutes waiting for my food they say watch out for the food especially the fries they're hot they are ice cold did not receive all my dressings the manager would not jump into help the people and they are not sure staff there was plenty of workers there I work at a fast food joint
I called to ask if they had a certain meal deal going onThe new Call of Duty one. Instead the moment I asked my question I was threatened with being fined $500, jailed, and taken to court. Then before I can even explain or say anything more I get hung up on.
Really love this BK mainly cause it's the only one besides brewer. Have always enjoyed the flame broiled beef from the king of burgers!Food: 5/5
