Amazing food and even more amazing staff. The best chinese i’ve tried, the food is always delivered quick and warm and never soggy. The portions are massive and cost so little compared to other chinese that i have tried. The staff is so attentive, remember each customer and always has time to get to know them. Huge shoutout to Alan who has made us feel so comfortable and told us about different places to go and things to do in Bangor as we are new here!!

We had some really lovely food delivered last night. The Cantonese sweet sour and chicken was delightful and the Chicken Chow Mein was one of the best I've ever had. The girl on the phone was very helpful and even suggested dishes to try next time. The delivery girl was very friendly and all deliverd in 25 mins. I rarely give 5 stars but I can't give anything less. Will definitely be ordering again.

I have been using this takeaway for a few years now but last nights meal was the best food I've eaten in years from a Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious, the meat tender and full of flavour loaded with plenty of different vegetables which I adore. Many thanks to the chefs and keep up the great work. Excellent. Wes Knox.

Ordered food and told I it would be ready for collection in 20minutes, over and hour later before I got it and loads of people walked in placed an order and left before me. Food wasn't even up to its normal standard. Won't be back. I appreciate as the owner there will be changes, cooking speed wasn't an issue. My telephone order being put to the back of the pile and forgotten about was my issue. Waiting with two young kids and the premises was freezing cold.

Always use the Ruby King, food is amazing, but got honey chilli shredded beef tonight, absolutely tasteless, no garlic, chilli, taste, beef was really chewy, really disappointed. Nearly full portion left.
