Came for my sons birthday after the cinema today for soft play and food for up to 20 kids and parents. Apparently the soft play area is still closed from Covid restrictions and won’t be returning… we took our money to The Big Adventure soft play along the road instead
There is a small soft play inside always closed. If you order food online, it is always wrong the delivery. Instead if you dine in the orders are correct.Food: 5/5
Came in for food. The place was empty and there were 3 staff just staring at us from behind the counter. We struggled to find a clean high chair and table... They were covered in crumbs and pretty greasy. There were no napkins available either... A shame as the experience could have been better if the staff were looking after the place instead of just waiting for customers to show up. Vegetarian options: Vegan nuggets were pretty disappointing. Kid-friendliness: 3 of the 4 high chairs were dirty.
Once again let down by this place. Ordered 9 piece Chilli Cheese bites and only received 6 and was home by the time i realised. The kitchen staff must be working upside down.
One star as I was allowed in. Yesterday 23 December at 21.36 I asked if they were still open. ‘No!’ in chorus from staff standing talking to a delivery guy waiting!!! Fb page says close 22.30?? Yesterday I get an email saying I have been chosen for £100 BK voucher. Why? NO THANK YOU. Dine in? Unable to but wanted to:

Really fast helpful service but burger bun disintegrated and fell apart and made eating it very messy also fries and burger VERY salty .Not impressed.Probably my last visit. Not recommendedFood: 1/5
Customer service outstanding, food hot and fast service. Staff member couldn’t have been nicer
The food was delicious and hot ,portions were great and dining area was spotless , will definitely be back !
