Service is efficient, food is good, place has been fairly clean despite being busy the few times I've visited. Pretty much in line with the standards I expect from a Burger King. Fairly spacious as well, so not too difficult to find a seat during the lunchtime rush if you're eating in. You can get 20% off your bill if you have a Solihull BID card.
The place is so dirty. Crap all over the floor, dust on wood behind seats, plastic glass washed with dirty cloth, counter was dirty, posters hanging off the wall, grease marks all over walls, no toilet roll in ladies, staff looked miserable, a lad who was bagginh up the fries took his cap off, sorted his hair out with his hands then picked up the chips. I got a peppercorn chicken meal with hot chocolate and the chicken was almost burnt with hardly and sauce. The hot chocolate was so weak could'nt taste the chocolate. I will never go back, its put me off Burger King. These are just a few pics.
Burger King is always a favoured place but made more so by the fact that the manager on shift was fantastic. He brought a joy to the place I haven’t experienced before. Kudos to Damon/Damien/something similar.

Staff have no manners disrespect I wait first delivery for 20 minutes and again I got 2 deliveries and she told me one is already some one took and I said how some one took because if I get so I said maybe you give wrong order to someone ride and she said you are too rude and I didn’t give you any deliveries so you can cancel. So long wait and disrespect
I like coming to the Solihull Burger King as the staff are always polite and welcoming. Also the food is fresh and quick to be served and hot! All in all a nice place to eat and drink surrounded by friendly staff makes you want to come back!!Food: 4/5
The best service I had received from Any Burger King outlet I have visited. In particular the manager named Damian was exceptionally kind in helping me place my order and directions to around the Solihull area. 5 stars for the service and thanks to all the Burger King staffFood: 5/5
This was an order for home delivery for Bentley Heath, we ordered the memphis bbq king & an order of battered onion rings. The onion rings were so obviously microwaved, the batter was soft & they were like rubber, the large portion of fries only half filled the large box container & the burger was quite flat, plus the food was practically cold by the time it arrived, mainly because the carrier it is transported in was not the decent thermal carrier you'd expect it to be. The burger had obviously been made some time previously, as we're the onion rings. It is a shame because I love burger king on the occasions I order it, the food is normally lovely, on this occasion I felt ripped off & fobbed off with old food they wanted to get rid of. The dispatch drivers should at least have decent hot food carriers that would keep food hot for at least 30 minutes, not 5 minutes. I think I will think again before ordering home delivery from burger king again.
Great bunch of staff, always polite and efficient. I've met one of your manager Damion, what a guyalways attentive and caring with the biggest smile..you're a credit to BK Solihull. I always go in when I visit town center, environment is clean and welcoming. Thanks guys keep up the fab customer service you provide we/I the public appreciate you and what you do
I was in burger king today, I came in to get some food before work. The manager was absolutely terrible! I am disgusted in the way he behaved towards costumers ! He was verbally and racially abusing teenage girls I am repulsed I WILL NOT be coming back…
