We recently visited the practice for the first time as a whole family, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed.nnFrom the outset, everything was incredibly efficient and well organised. The appointments ran exactly on time, which is such a rarity these days, and the weekend opening hours are extremely convenient for busy families like ours. When treatment was needed, it was also very quick and easy to get booked back in.nnI particularly want to highlight the outstanding care shown to my son, who has autism and ADHD. He first visited last weekend and was told he needed treatment. Unfortunately, because he hadn’t had time to prepare himself or process what would be happening, he became very anxious at the thought of going ahead with it.nnWe returned again today, and as a parent I was understandably nervous about how it would go. However, Dr. Sadia and Nurse Fozia were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to explain everything step by step, showing him each instrument that would be used for his filling and the scraping procedure, and carefully talking him through what would happen before and during each stage. They explained things as they went along, in a calm and reassuring way.nnWhile it wasn’t the most comfortable experience for him, he managed to get through the entire procedure with very little stress. That is a real testament to the patience, understanding, and professionalism of the team. I’m not sure many dentists would have shown the same level of care and perseverance, especially after his reaction the first week.nnThank you again to Dr. Sadia and Nurse Fozia for your compassion and dedication. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend this practice to other families, especially those with children who may need a little extra understanding and support

I’m very happy with my experience at this dental clinic today .Dr. Parsa was professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable.nThe staff were helpful and welcoming too.nThe clinic was clean and well maintaned.

First appointment yesterday 5 February with my husband as new NHS patients.  Lovely new bright and spacious state of the art modern clinic. Friendly welcome at reception. We saw the dentist earlier than our appointment, he was very welcoming  apologies forgot your name good communicator, gave clear information on further treatment and any questions we had etc;  Very thorough examination and X-rays.  As a nervous patient both the dentist and  Dental Nurse Sabira were very nice helpful and reassuring. Highly recommend this practice. First class.

The reason for my visit was to receive proper dental care, and the experience I had with all the staff members was truly top-notch.nnIn particular, Dr. Daniel Aladinrin, who attended to me, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible dental care, and everything was completed within my time frame.nnI sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided.nnThank you all.
