The food is really good, freshly cooked too. I would recommend either a starter & main or either main & desert. Unless you like to eat a lot as the food it very filling. The service is very good and polite customer service, with no rush to get you out of the place. Easy parking after 7pm on any of the side street near by. Price is good too reasonable. I would have giving it a excellent but deco is more like the 70s look, which is good but not my cup of tea. Its worth popping down.
There are much better Pakistani restaurants out there. Chicken was just ok, but lamb so smelly, not fresh. Service ok but why did the cashier remind me to add TIP at counter? I pay TIP when I enjoy food and service. Not in this case.. Avoid it. It is not like a authentic Pakistani restaurant.
Great Punjabi Cuisine. Nice friendly service. Not so busy on a Friday but well worth the visit for the food and service. BYO and they dont like it when you take alcoholic drinks. Apart from this all good.
Lamb is one of THE most flavoursome and tender-ist I've ever tried. Personally not my fave restaurant but easily destroys any in Bricklane which are full of pre-made base gravy used in every dish and doused in gallons of oil ie #FAKE!!! This is defo authentic but needs better service as it is pretty slow. Food is great especially the Jalfrezis and Dahl Would have liked a larger dessert menu and I would add more Pakistani dishes like kheer, samosa chaat, dahi balle, Paya, Kulche, Mint chicken, Home-Chicken on the bone with saalan, maybe even kabuli pilau I know that's not Punjabi but still and NEVER ask for spicy unless you can handle it.
I ordered a delivery from here - it took an hour and a half to arrive and when it did it was cold. I phoned the restaurant and they were totally unhelpful and not interested in doing anything about it. The food was reasonably good after reheating! but will never order from there again.
Appalling service. Driver got lost and rudely refused to listen to directions. Was hung up on by both the restaurant and the driver multiple times. Driver got a random man to call me to tell me he was outside my house which was a lie. Most ridiculous part is that they tried to charge me twice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
bad service, bad food, cold food on buffet, owner did want to listen to complaints, worthless. never will go there again. had to ask for everything including give me bread even thou its buffet.
Tasty food and reasonably priced. Would have got another star if alcohol was served. Liked the fact that they spiced the dishes according to taste.
Please avoid, ordered a mix grill, awful old chicken. Ordered a Lamb karahi absolutely awful Awful Awful place..... go to Hayfields in Mile End road, half the price but twice as nice.
