The chicken noodle soup is amazing and the summer rolls were quite good too. My rating mostly comes from the fact that the my friend was not a fan at all of his choice of food and the service wasn't great. Don't get me wrong, they were really nice when talking to us, but it took us quite a while to get their attention in a half empty restaurant, and even though our water glasses were empty we kept having to ask for more water, otherwise they wouldn't give us more. Then again, it could be that their service strategy is more about leaving you to your meal and conversation with friends unless you call them. The space is quite informal and cozy, don't expect a clean looking restaurant; the tables will feel sticky; but that seemed to be part of its charm.
Food was tasty, wait was short, price was very reasonable and portion size for the noodles was very generous. I enjoyed my visit. I only gave 3 stars because I felt the place could be a bit cleaner tables were kinda sticky and it would be nice to have a few more choices on the menu. I would visit again
Loved it. We had the first and fourth soup and we really liked it. Not very spicy, pretty big portions. Good value for money. The place is small but I alsways find empty table somehow ;
Loved the food here. The prawn rolls really fresh and delicious. The beef noodle bowl was enormous, I couldn’t finish it there was so much food. Really tasty and incredibly good value. Lovely staff too. Highly recommended.
Great Vietnamese restaurant in Moore Street, Dublin. I had the Bun Cha - Chargrilled pork with fresh rice noodle. Absolutely delicious. It was full of flavour and hundred percent authentic. I've just back from Hanoi where this dish was born and amazed that I couldn't find any difference between the Bun Cha here in Dublin and the one in Hanoi, well done! Fresh Sugarcane juice was another nice surprise. Such a pleasant refreshing drink. Service was nice and friendly. If you can't eat spicy food, don't forget to tell the staff about is. Otherwise your food will be served with chilli as the way we eat in Hanoi. I will definitely come back to try other dishes on their menu.
Excellent Vietnamese Pho! Great spot just off Henry Street! A must go! Do yourself a favour and get one of the Vietnamese Coffees too! One point to note is they really could do with some music in the place, especially when it’s quiet.
Really small and cozy place. Staff was really friendly and food came pretty quick. The food was amazing and I definitely want to explore the whole menu. Good in pictures is beef noodle soup and the pork banh mi
I really liked this place. The Vietnamese girl behind the counter was really nice. The food was good, the price was fair and the place was kept very clean and modern. I would definitely try more things on the menu. This was my first visit and I tried the summer rolls with the wanton soup. See you again soon I’m sure, thanks!
Absolutely superb. Very authentic with huge portions. Vietnamese staff, Vietnamese ballad music, and scenes from Vietnam playing on TV. Will definitely be back to try the Bun Cha.
Decent food in a quiet, central location. No issues with slow service per some other reviews. Not mindblowing food not many places can claim to provide that but would recommend for a solid meal, taste and quantity wise. Friendly staff as well and surprisingly nice toilet!
