I completely disagree with the other two reviews. I'm no builder, just a competent DIYer and have always had top service. If you ask for something they'll tell you where it is (or where to find it if they don't have it), they serve you promptly on the till and help you lift any heavy items to the car. Not sure what more you could ask for!

Agree with the above review. Shockingly bad service. Waited around all day for a delivery scheduled for the morning. Rang twice to find out ETA. Customer service really needs addressing.

Quite possibly the worst builders merchant! Should probably be renamed as the local builders coffee shop. Don't expect to get any customer service if you aren't a builder with a trade account.
