Disgraceful service station. Would give 0* if possible. Use an exploitative company to rip off customers who stay even a minute too long. Recieved £100 fine for stopping to fill up, buy a sausage roll, eat it in the car and then return a phone call before going on my way. Utterly shameful, please avoid: show the proprietors with your feet wheels that this sort of 'parking management' isn't acceptable.
Used to work there. Next door management in budgens we’re horrible and judgemental. Everyone who used to work in subway has left. new staff are rude, don’t know how to do their jobs. Managers are horrible and picky. Don’t eat here, don’t work there. You will not be welcome or cared for :
I always stop here to refuel on the way to visit my god mother. Fuel pricing is acceptable. I usually pick up some bakery items for breakfast, which are always available and good quality. Always a quick visit, which is great. No complaints.
AVOID AT ALL COST!! After having a blow out on the motorway, I managed to get the car safely off the motorway by following the signs to a 'service' which turned out to be this budgets. I pulled up to put air in the tyre but the tyre was completely blown. With torrential rain and a blown tyre I had to wait for the RAC which was up to 3 hours. I tried to take the tyre off but unfortunately this was not possible. Thankfully, a kind man who happened to be a breakdown mechanic helped me and I was on my way. Later on I received a SIXTY POUND FINE as I was parked for over 30 minutes. I even went to explain to a member of staff my situation and no time limit was ever mentioned. I was APPALLED by this, as I was only trying to get my car to safe place off the motorway to put air into my tyre, so I contested it. My appeal was completely ignored and non of the points I raised were responded too. I just hope that the kind young man, who took time out of his day didn't receive the same FINE. Although knowing this money making scheme he probably did! Put it this way. If you go to the Budgens, become a paying customer and then your car won't start. YOU WILL BE CHARGED £60, OR EVEN £100 FOR IT. It is not worth the risk!
Received a parking charge notice despite being a genuine customer and alleged overstay being beyond my control due to faulty car wash Please be aware if you stop at this service station that any stay over 30 minutes will get you a fine - outrageous.
Fuel is reasonably priced for out of town garage, store has all the daily essentials but slightly higher price as you would expect for a service station. Costa and Subway also available here.
Budgens own this forecourt and you have 30 minutes to fill up, go to the toilet and buy a sandwich and then get a fine of £ 100 for over stays the 30 minutes limit. Avoid just like the one on Quantox Road direction Minehead
CHARGES FOR PARKING - AVOID FINED £100 for 31 minutes - even when you buy food & drink and consume it here. Avoid this shop and petrol station at all costs!!! EuroCarPark site... DO NOT STOP HERE.
Nice store with plenty of choice and well situated so you don't have to drive into Bridgwater when the traffic is bad. Costa and toilets available.
Disgusting toilets. Every time I've been in there the toilets are wet. Wet loo roll all over floor and they stink. Rest of store is fine otherwise.
