Steve Johnson must have been confused with another company as the service currently provided by BTU (Pool services) Ltd on my swimming pool at home is second to none !!.In addition to the quality of the BTU engineers and staff, the well established shop outlet at Woking is superb. The retail shop provides everything you need for your pool, as well as toys and games etc and in addition the guy that served me was very knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful.Having been down to the outlet several times now, I noticed they also have a trade counter as well.The trade side of the business appeared to be very busy, so they are obviously well established and respected in the Pools industry which is always a good sign.

I have used this company on many occasions now and am continually impressed with their customer service. They are always attentive and willing to assist me with my requirements and any technical issues I have with my pool. I highly recommend them.

I contacted BTU for help and guidance on what they would suggest regarding equipment and maintenance, I must say the service, help and guidance I received was excellent and exactly what I needed. My recommendation would be if you need a very helpful and prompt service you now know where to go!

We bought a house 4 years ago with a pool. We had no experience of dealing with swimming pools and I was recommended to BTU by a friend. Gary (the Ausi guy someone in another review referred to) was fantastic at helping us kit the pool out with a heating system and a new liner a few years later. The ongoing service we recieve has been superb. Always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
