I bought some wooden vehicles and road signs here last month. They were very good quality and just what i was looking for. I was pleased to be able to find what I wanted on the high street and avoid ordering online. The shop has recently been taken over and the new owner was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back! Thank you and good luck!
We've just been in to buy a gift for daughter's friend's party - same lovely selection of toys and again pleased with our purchase. However to our surprise and delight there is a new owner! A lovely young couple and this time, the kids are ok to play with the toys whilst we browse! It kind of makes sense right? Kids play with toys in toy shops? Very happy and will of course be back for more
We visited Bizzybods today on our first visit to Nantwich. What an amazing shop it is. So many gorgeous children's clothes to choose from and an incredible choice of wonderful toys. The owner of the shop was so friendly and helpful. She offered to wrap a cuddly toy we had bought in tissue paper. If you visit Nantwich, this shop is a must, you will not be disappointed. An Aladdin's cave of fabulous goodies for your little ones. You have to see for yourself......YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!
ABSOLUTELY LOVELY small business in the heart of Nantwich. It’s a boutique of beautifully curated children’s toys and clothing items. We brought some beautiful sausage dog wellingtons for my niece and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful! Thanks so much for adding to our lovely trip to Nantwich. We adore the town because of small business’ like you! Also very Covid secure during the pandemic. Couldn’t recommend more!
What a fabulous baby store! So helpful and pleasant. Can't wait for our grandchild to be born and have more excuses to shop here. We will know the gender then! Thanks to the owner who was so great.
This is a lovely shop. I've used it several times and have always been happy with the products and the service. Of course children want to touch the colourful toys and clothes, but it's quite easy to teach them to respect what isn't theirs, until it is theirs.
Terrible customer service child got told off for touching a child's coat and saying "mummy I like this" was told "don't touch the clothes people have to buy them and they don't want children's dirty sticky fingers on them". When we said you "just talked yourself out of a sale there" she said "rather talk myself out of a sale than have a load of stock damaged". The woman is dylusional. This isn't the first time she has been rude too me but it will definitely be the last. Will never shop in here again. My advice go to G B Crew where ladies couldn't be nicer!
Big Disappointment I have visited store today to purchase a present for my daughter. I have paid for the cute ballerina jewellery box. After I have paid I have asked lady if she could provide me with the bag. She said if I will donate a 5 pence in the charity box. I explained that I am not happy to donate at this time and this is purely up to me which charity I will donate for. So she refused to provide me with the bag. How wrong and low the business can get if they have to insist on donation?! So I have ended up without the bag because of not donating money. I have decide to return the product immediately. Also I have explained that when you go abroad how nicely you get treated all over the world and Europe with little free bags .Afterwards I have been told that it would be good for the business if I will be not visiting this store in the future. Her attitude and behaviour was very rude. Also the main point is that the product I have chosen I can purchase elsewhere exactly £10 cheaper which I have explained but I do like to support little local businesses and farms, but certainly no Bizzy Bods anymore. How greedy do you have to be to beg for donation for your bags? I have read the other reviews on this website and it is a shame for such a lovely town as Nantwich.
First visit was for my grandson Christmas 2017 Could of walked away happier so friendly accommodating and helpful. Buying clothes and toys and given a free gift it surprises me seeing negative feedback as I can honestly say my shopping experience was the complete opposite So much so I’m heading there for my grandsons birthday presents total journey 191 miles Judge for yourselves be leaders not followers x
A lot of variety of toys and simpatico items for all range ages of kids. The costumer service is very good and I found very useful their advices as I'm not expert in children gifts.
