Established in 1989, Foundations is an independent women's boutique, stocking underwear, hosiery, nightwear and swimwear for ladies of all shapes and sizes. Offering an expert fitting service, along with top brands, it's worth making it a destination when visiting the beautiful town of Nantwich.

This is by far the best shop for bras. They provide a wealth of knowledge on bra sizes and what fits you best. They have an excellent choice and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
What a delightful experience. I was nervous when I arrived however soon the lovely ladies soon put me at my ease. The whole experience was dignified and professional. I came away with 3 perfectly fitting bra's and I'm still enjoying their comfortable fit. Even though the lingerie I bought was expensive they are worth every penny! I'll have no hesitation at returning for more items.
I had a great first experience in this great shop, the manageress and her lovely assistant were so helpful and friendly. I am so happy to have come across this shop whilst on a short break in Chester. I'll definitely be returning when I'm next in Chester. Excellent service from start to finish
Wouldn’t go anywhere else Always feel comfortable going in and getting measured up. The girls are all amazing, each and everyone of them. Nothing is to much trouble and there’s so much choice. Haven’t shopped anywhere else for my underwear in a very very long time.
Lovely, friendly helpful staff in a lovely shop. They cannot do enough for you. They even managed to get me a choice of longer bodied swimsuits even though they didnt have them in stock. All of the items I have bought from them are excellent. I definitely recommend a visit.
Such a fantastic shop with great selection of underwear and swimwear. The staff are very helpful and caring. For great fitting underwear I wouldn't go anywhere else. For beachwear this is my first choice as I can normally find what I want at a price I want to pay.
I travel to Foundations for great customer service and a very good selection of lingerie and swimwear. The ladies working there really know their stuff and are always friendly and very helpful. Thank you ladies.
I have always struggled finding bras/bikinis that fit me properly. Always adjusting, shifting, having them cut in to me etc etc. That is until I found FOUNDATIONS. They measured me to perfection very different to the sizes I was wearing they are always professional, kind, helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever to much to ask. They even call me when they know they have something I like, but I never feel any pressure to buy. They are just epic that way. The quality of the undergarments they stock are second to none and have lasted years. I can’t recommend them enough. If you want to feel like your most fabulous self- go visit Foundations. You will not be sorry. Definitely my favorite and the most BEAUTIFUL shop in Nantwich.
Update - After Kate came into our WI to give us a talk, I went into Foundations again to be measured. Jan looked after me fantastically and brought me many items to try, nothing was too much trouble. I left very happily with two bras and knickers to match. Absolutely delighted and would always recommend, great service and range of items. Went in to Foundations to have a look at swimwear for my first holiday abroad for 18 years and having recently put on one and a half stones in weight so really not feeling very confident or optimistic at all. However, Karen made me feel very comfortable and brought many, many garments for me to try on. She gave me great advice and freely offered her opinion which resulted in me leaving the store with two swimsuits and two bikinis, confident and happy. On my holiday, I felt great in all the items I had purchased and will definitely be back before my next holiday!!
Fantastic helpful staff really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable whilst I was being measured highly recommend
