Got a pretty dress that is perfect for summer and for a mum like me. I like their kids clothes too.
One of the lady staff members needs to work on her customer service skills, very impolite. Very politely asked for a refund today bought an item only half an hour before, the lady didn’t utter a word, huffed and puffed made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I walked out both ladies laughed I guess one made a comment or something
Lovely shop, most staff friendly. One of the girls has a bit of a attitude and seems stroppy whenever you speak with her and make you feel like you are putting her out. But other than that good shop, good clothes.
Visited the Nantwich shop. First time in a clothes shop since beginning of the first lockdown so approx 21 months. Staff were lovely friendly and helpful. It made a big difference as I was rather nervous. I bought a coat. Beautiful mustard colour and waterproof. Or more specifically my husband bought it for me. Joules is always great quality. Keeps for ever, never shrinks fades etc. Always used to buy my children's clothes there and they've been passed on and passed on. Still doing the rounds looking brand new. Love Joules.
Good clothes, customer service is a bit to be desired. Took my mum in to buy her some clothes, they are good quality and she's pleased with them. When I went to pay for them there were 3 assistants at the till, all of them ignored me and typed away on their iPads. I put my clothes on the tills counter and eventually someone made eye contact with me. The assistant asked for my email and I said no thank you, she then became quite grumpy, threw my clothes in a bag, told me I had 14 days to bring them back if I wasn't happy. I was very polite said thank you and have a nice day, ignored again, she just huffed at me and went straight back to her iPad. Won't be rushing back. Would expect a bit more considering the cost of the clothing.
Nice shop, just opened up recently Used to be an HSBC bank branch Clothes are a bit on the pricey side but lady who served us was very nice. I doubt the store will survive, best of luck to them.
An excellent clothes shop in the centre of town
This is a really nice clothes shop...have bought a few things for me and my wife from here.... Great quality...
Love this shop... beautiful quality clothing displayed well and helpful, pleasent staff.
