Beautiful clean and airy apartment, fully equipped and all in excellent condition. I would readily stay again and again. Lovely surroundings and easy access to amenities in Rhayader. Really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and the hosts are generous with lovely touches on arrival. Would recommend but with a note that you need a car and some of the surrounding terrain is challenging for the elderly or disabled. Also, although the property is on one level, there are small steps at the entrance so wheelchair access could be awkward though not impossible.

Self catering holiday cottages converted from an old workhorse. Close to Elan Valley Dams and next door to Red Kites.

Was quoted £40 for one nights stay. Sounded good, even if bathroom looked a bit mouldy. I tried to leave my room to get Wifi code. Couldn't get out as lock damaged. Called reception, no answer. Called emergency mobile number, no answer. After several attempts called 999. Police called hotel numbers, no answer. Police had to come and rescue me. They couldn't get my door open either. Lock eventually removed to get me out. No apology from management and no discount for the inconvenience. It was like staying at Fawlty Towers!
