Thank you so much for your hospitality! We loved playing the Highland Games on the grounds and having dinner in your home! What a wonderful night. The staff was attentive and the food/drink was delicious. Couldn't be more happy. Loved hearing about the history of Broxmouth!

Here for a wedding and was great. Lovely facilities and grounds. Very secluded and peaceful.

We stayed in the cottage for a week and it was nice, although the cottage could do with some maintenance to fix missing towel holders, cracked plaster and tiles etc. It's in a great location and once you find it is easy to get to and you are close to a lot of activities. It's also clear that the owners have spent some considerable money on the cottages spec and this does shine though. There is lots of space and a bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. A kitchen diner, table for 8+, living room and hot tub. If there had have been a blind on the big skylight in the master bed room, you could run a tap and shower at the same time and it was just tidied up around the edges then I would have rated it higher. It's definitely worth looking at, just remember if it's 8 adults going then someone will be on the bunk beds.

My Husband and I decided to have our wedding at Broxmouth Park as I am from the area and as a youngster I used to visit Broxmouth a lot as a friend lived there. I always new it was where I wanted to get married, luckily my husband immediately saw the beauty of the place and agreed it was the only place we wanted to be. We stayed the whole weekend of the wedding and had a family BBQ the night before. The atmosphere created for us made the weekend so special. Even though we had the whole house and cottages to ourselves our host, Simon was never far away if we needed anything or if there was a change of plan. He was absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The little touches he added to the weekend were noticed by all the guests and he was fantastic managing the whole affair. Our saying that we have from the wedding is that 'Every wedding needs a Simon'. The setting is one of the most peaceful and beautiful settings and perfect for a wedding. We got married at St Mary's Parish church which is 20 minutes drive from Broxmouth but there are some other churches nearby but St May's has a great setting. Broxmouth has some lovely wedding photo opportunities in the house and outside in the forest or by the lake. The interior of the house is beautiful and staying there was really special. Also the breakfast was delicious. This venue is a perfect wedding location and worth every penny. A few people including 1 events planner actually said it was the best wedding she had been to which was a huge compliment. There is a fantastic florist recommended to you and the catering for Broxmouth is very good also. The night before the wedding we had fresh salmon caught in Dunbar, it was fantastic. We loved our wedding, it was so perfect and answered all our dreams. We also love Broxmouth, and the service and welcome given to us was perfect.
