Absolutely fantastic little place . Great value for money and awesome breakfast. Host are very welcome. No issue for parking for any larger vans etc. and great access to the A66. Room is a good size and the walk in shower room is stunning .  Will stay here again and again and again.

Stunning views around the farm, particularly at sunset and our hostess Kim couldn't do enough to be helpful - she was fantastic. The room we stayed in was nice and clean, and breakfast was good.

Just make sure you drive slowly on the road into the farm - it can get bumpy!

Little bit of Yorkshire heaven! We spent 3 wonderful nights at Kim's B&B. The room was spacious,clean and tastefully decorated. We had an amazing breakfast each day. The guest front room is lovely, Kim was a great host and helped us plan our trips.We will be back!
